Subscription Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to Kentico Developer Magazine, you hereby agree to the following terms.
- Kentico Developer Magazine is published by Not At All Strange Pty Ltd (ACN 121 365 979) (ABN 91 121 365 979) on a monthly basis, in online and print formats.
- Online access to the magazine is offered at no charge and paid subscriptions apply to printed issues only. Postage is additional to the cost of the subscription.
- Not At All Strange has used its best efforts to ensure that information is correct at the time of publication, but takes no responsibility for any error, omission or defect therein.
- To the extent permitted by law, Not At All Strange and its employees, agents and consultants will not be held liable for any loss or damage (including indirect, special or consequential loss or damage) arising from the use of, or reliance on, the information whether or not caused by any negligent act or omission. If any law prohibits the exclusion of such liability, Not At All Strange limits its liability to the extent permitted by law, to the re-supply of information.
- Not At All Strange makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy or completeness and specifically disclaims any liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions. Neither Not At All Strange nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the site or publications is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive or exemplary damages or any loss of business, interest, revenue or profit arising out of your access to, or use of, or inability to use or access, the site.

- Not At All Strange reserves the right to withdraw, withhold, remove and/or suspend any subscription for any reason what-so-ever. You will normally be notified should this occur, and be given a reason for suspension.
- Not At All Strange assumes no liability for disruptions of the Service, including but not limited to vandalism, theft, Internet disruptions, extreme or severe weather conditions, or any other causes in the nature of "ACTS OF GOD" or force Majeure.

On request we will remove your address details from our records and discontinue sending promotional material.
Resolving your concerns
If you believe that the privacy of your personal information has been compromised, you are entitle to complain. If you have a complaint, contact the area where you believe the breach has occurred. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, forward a written complaint to: PO Box 353 Menai Central, NSW, Australia. A written complaint must include a return address and identify the conduct that is the basis for the complaint. There are no requirements for lodging a complaint.
